I found Cynthia Hextell by chance; and it was the BEST “by chance” find ever in May 2018. We had just terminated an agent for non conformance, especially since the house was on the market since March - enters Cynthia. When I reached out to her, she was starting a short vacation and upon her return we connected and stayed connected until February 19, 2019, when we sold the house. Despite the downturn in the market, she remained not only optimistic, but also assuring, steadfast that the house will sell. What the heck was I thinking to sell my house during a global pandemic?! At first,I thought this is going be such a hassle. I knew from the get go... I gotta find a rock star realtor that knows and has experience in the North Natomas neighborhood. I did. Cynthia Hextell.

I took notice when my neighbor's house down the street sold quickly and for top dollar. Impressive even more when there was no physical open house. The home was sold by Cynthia Hextell. The webpage and marketing tools used was impressive. So far advanced than the average realtor. I did further research and saw some other recent sales of hers. Again top dollar, fairly quick sales. I called her up and immediately knew I can work with her. Her fees/commission rates were comparable, pretty standard.

Cynthia answered ALL my questions throughout the process. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the North Natomas real estate market. She even provided me references on various contractors and cleaning companies. Escrow closed within 12 business days of me accepting an offer. The offer was higher than I expected. I attribute the quick sale and escrow to Cynthia's experience, marketing tools, network of working partnerships, and book of clientele (sellers and buyers). Plus she is organized, tech savy, personable, real estate knowledgeable, great communicator, and attentive... quick to reply back. Just so cool to work with.

5 star service and sales ability! Cynthia was our relator for the sale and purchase of our homes in North Natomas. I was referred to her by other happy client and I was overly impressed with her service, knowledge of the area, negotiation abilities, and personal touch. She kept our best interest at heart and did a got us over asking price with an offer in 15 hours on the sale of our property.

One thing to think about that she went over and beyond with her service was her marketing details which included professional pictures, a 3D view of our home, and so much more. 

I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the Sacramento area. She knows her stuff and she's not going to push you in the wrong direction.  When we have to sell again, Cynthia will be getting our business again.

I highly recommend Cynthia Hextell to be your real estate agent. For starters, my husband and I are both 22 years old, and had a VA loan in the works. Two things of which no real estate agent wants to work with on the buying or selling side. I found her off of the Zillow site, put in a request, and about an hour later received a call. Cynthia is extremely personable, professional, honest, and definitely gives it her all. It was easy to communicate with her on the phone and emails as she is quick to respond. I also liked the fact that I gave her the list of what I wanted and where I wanted it, and we stuck to that region. After over 20 homes we looked at, and 5 or 6 rejected offers, we got a call late at night where we had finally gotten an accepted offer; which happened to be the best house out of all the houses we looked at, and on top of that was $5k less than asking price.

Now came the escrow process, which was very lengthy and stressful for everyone. None of which, was Cynthia's fault, and I have to give it to her, that I am proud of her that she didn't rip her hair out. Our listing agent, was miserating. Cynthia and I jumped through hoops to sign and document everything the selling agent requested. Disclosures, paperwork, after paperwork, re-signs, and even making us work through things on Holidays. (Pain in the neck he was). Cynthia managed to schedule, and complete all required inspections within the first week of escrow. The toughest part was the bank, but that's a whole other review I get to write. (PS don't use Cherry Creek Mortgage).

Overall, I am very, very pleased with the service Cynthia provided, as well as her knowledge in the realty world. Not only did we get our first home to hopefully raise a family soon, but we gained a new friend in Natomas Park!
