I found Cynthia Hextell by chance; and it was the BEST “by chance” find ever in May 2018. We had just terminated an agent for non conformance, especially since the house was on the market since March - enters Cynthia. When I reached out to her, she was starting a short vacation and upon her return we connected and stayed connected until February 19, 2019, when we sold the house. Despite the downturn in the market, she remained not only optimistic, but also assuring, steadfast that the house will sell. It was a beautiful house, on the high end that required people to qualify, so she kept us anchored and assured that all will work out despite the length of time the house was on the market. So if you want someone to get the job done, regardless of how long, she’s the agent for you. She believes in team work, and that means working for you. Listen to her suggestions. We were reluctant to stage and when we finally decided to do so, on the day the house was staged, we got a full price offer, a 21 day close, and she remained with and by us until we received the check. She works with an excellent team as well.

We moved to Sacramento after a series of moves from the east coast to several places in the Bay Area. Sacramento was a great fit for us but rushing into buying wasn't a priority, so we had every intention of taking our time and finding the right place.
